Marcel Petit is a Métis artist from Saskatoon who enjoys & loves working in film, theatre and photography. He has a number of films to his name from short dramas to feature documentaries, and his photography has been featured in multiple publications. He is currently editing his most recent short drama, Jean’s War, and curated an exhibition of photography Jim Brady; Enclosing Some Snapshots now showing at the Mann Gallery in Prince Albert. For theatre, Marcel has acted in several plays and has directed multiple productions for GTNT, including the play Reclaim, which he wrote. Most recently, Marcel directed Willow Stew in the 22/23 season for GTNT. He has mentored innumerable youth over the several decades through a number of community workshops.
