EVERY BRILLIANT THING opens in less than a month! We’re gearing up at Burnt Thicket Theatre for for rehearsals starting next week. And we want to include YOU in the excitement.
Throughout September, we’re inviting you to join us with Play It Forward. We’re asking for your support through donations to help us to produce EVERY BRILLIANT THING. This international hit addresses the dark realities of depression through wit, perceptive wisdom and a delightfully whimsical narrative that speaks with realism and hope. The story leaves a lasting invitation to cultivate joy and the conviction that while things may not always get brilliant, they will always get better.
Much behind-the-scenes work goes into creating a professional theatre production – it’s an expensive endeavour. Ticket revenues will cover about half the expenses to make this life-changing play accessible to diverse audiences. We’re able to bring EVERY BRILLIANT THING to communities with affordable ticket prices through generous support from businesses, organizations, and private donors like you.
Will you join us to Play It Forward? Our fundraising goal for EVERY BRILLIANT THING is $10,000 and we’ve already raised more than half of that through community partners like Shercom Industries Inc., Conversations Consulting, Wellen Boring, Riversdale Neighbours and several key donors.
