This year we brought Every Brilliant Thing back to the stage for 8 weeks at Rosebud Theatre and produced We Treaty People, all nineteen episodes! Now we're thrilled to announce our new season – stories that invite all of us to abandon our fears and embrace hopeful change.

Christmas Presence - in person & live audio recording

A unique mashup exploring the nativity with a messy but joyful hope. Bring your whole family for an evening of live music, stories, and poetry. Featuring Tim Bratton, Louise and Shane Buhler of Sunday Morning Riot, Darryl Dozlaw, Andrea Folster, Stephen Waldschmidt and more!

Evergreen - the enthralling new play by Krista Marushy

"Am I just the trial at the end of your wilderness?" During the late shift at this rural diner, an inquisitive customer divines information far too close to home for the man behind the counter. Two strangers wrestle with coincidences that urge them to choose between the familiarity of their own isolation or the risk of being loved.

New Blood: A Story of Reconciliation

A Burnt Thicket Theatre presentation in partnership with Persephone Theatre

We're bringing this acclaimed theatre production that blends poetry, song, contemporary and traditional dance to Saskatchewan for the first time! Featuring Siksika musicians and dancers, Blackfoot powwow music, the music of Peter Gabriel, and a host of emerging artists. The inspiring true story of Chief Vincent Yellow Old Woman, his experience in residential school, how he reclaimed his way of life and became Chief of his people.

When: March 9-11, 2023

This one-man hit show will be selling out living rooms again! Tim Bratton finds hilarity and heartache as he unpacks his upbringing in evangelical pop culture, examining its folly and redeeming its faith. Experience an insider’s quest to unravel his own existential crisis by deconstructing the culture he grew up in, with both satire and love.
